Email security@karaorchee.com with a clear description of the suspected issue. This mailbox is intended for security reports, not general customer support.

Helpful details

• The page, app screen, or feature affected.
• Steps that reproduce the issue without accessing another person’s information.
• The date and time observed and the device or operating system used.
• Any screenshot with personal information redacted.

Please do not

• Access, modify, download, or destroy another person’s data.
• Disrupt the service, use social engineering, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
• Email passwords, authentication codes, government IDs, or unredacted child information.
